Growth driven by the Services division

In the third quarter of 2016, Infotel recorded a turnover increase of 6.7%. Over the first 9 months of the financial year, growth was 9.2%.

The Services division (96% of sales) posted a 5.3% increase in revenue for the quarter, despite an unfavorable base effect. Cumulatively over 9 months, growth was 9.1%.

Banking remains the leading sector of activity in Services and the level of inter-contracts remains at a very low level, at 1.9% on average over the quarter, despite the tensions observed in the market. Thus, the number of recruitments amounted to 275 new employees bringing the total workforce to 2,009 employees at the end of September 2016.

During the past quarter, prospecting was very dynamic with new listings (particularly Crédit Agricole) which should open up prospects for new contracts.

The Software division (4% of turnover) recorded a significant amount of IBM royalties for $1,480k (€1,325k). New sales of software developed in-house or distributed should be completed by the end of the fiscal year.
