Infotel are sponsors at
this year’s IRMS Conference

Two technology consultants stand opposite eachother and are shaking hands. They stand infront of a grey desk, with two black chairs and a window behind them. They are both wearing suits: one is dark blue and the other is grey.

We’re delighted to confirm that we’ll be returning to the annual IRMS Conference this May 18-20, and that Infotel will be sponsors for this year’s event. We’ll be answering queries from new users of record and data management solutions, as well as engaging with existing experts looking to enhance or upgrade their digital preservation efforts.

This year’s theme is ‘The Peaky Path to Progress’, in a subtle nod to Birmingham’s most notorious fictional family, The Shelby’s of Peak Blinders. And in our true dedication to innovation, we’ll be showcasing cutting-edge advancements in digital archiving, mirroring the Shelby’s own relentless pursuit of progress… albeit in a far more legitimate and compliant manner!

The Infotel UK Consulting team, Ana and Monique, will be joining Infotel’s Product Innovation Manager, Morgan, to tell attendees all about Arcsys – Infotel’s comprehensive solution for businesses navigating the complexities of digital archiving and data preservation.

It’s designed to create a unified repository, allowing organisations to consolidate their diverse information assets for long-term safekeeping. This platform goes beyond simple storage, offering robust records management capabilities, which include defining and enforcing data retention policies, classifications, and access controls. In an era of heightened data security concerns, Arcsys incorporates features like a “Digital Vault” to protect sensitive information from unauthorized access.

Its database-agnostic nature and multi-tenant architecture make it adaptable to various enterprise environments, while its web portal and API integrations ensure accessibility and seamless integration with existing business systems. Essentially, Arcsys aims to provide a reliable and secure foundation for managing and preserving valuable digital information, addressing the evolving needs of modern businesses.

We’ll be focussing on Arcsys’s Digital Vault feature, which provides a highly secure online space for storing and managing sensitive digital information. Digital Vaults prioritise the protection of data through strong encryption, both when it’s stored (“at rest”) and when it’s being transmitted (“in transit”).

Be sure to visit us at The Hilton Birmingham Metropole. If you’re attending the conference and would like to speak to us about Arcsys, you can register your interest by submitting your details here.
