One of the UK’s leading banks for both personal banking and business solutions, our client is known for its customer-centric approach, offering a wide range of financial services to its 3.34 million customers across the country.

The Challenge:

Our client approached us at the start of their journey to becoming a digital first bank.

They have over 20 years of experience in financial services and a vast amount of customer data. They needed our support to identify areas of information that fell outside regulatory standards and to find the best solutions for compliance.

This shift required strict compliance with GDPR regulations for both existing and new clients. The chances of their success lay in a seamless transfer of legacy data to a new, rule-based platform – ensuring any data for previous customers was stored or disposed of legally and safely.

The solution needed to include training for staff who would use the software regularly. The interface and features had to be accessible and easy to use, even for those with little to no technical experience.
