One of the UK’s leading banks for both personal banking and business solutions, our client is known for its customer-centric approach, offering a wide range of financial services to its 3.34 million customers across the country.

THE CHALLENGE

  • Reporting needed to be accessible and easily understandable by those who used it, and it was essential any training was hands-on and quickly administered.
  • Time and budget restrictions meant that any additional software solutions would need to co-exist with pre-programmed and legacy development software.
  • Years of manually logged data based across every branch in the UK needed to be collated, cleansed and migrated to one universal system – allowing our client to fully embrace their ‘digital first’ transformation.

THE SOLUTION

Through discussions around what needed to be achieved and in what time frame, Infotel UK recognised that our client had huge volumes of data to manage, but lacked a robust system in place to cope with it. With the right system in place, data management can be simple and undemanding. Challenging targets were set as a result, allowing the solution applied to speak for itself:

  • Following a thorough assessment of client needs, the solution of being able to apply a programme that worked simultaneously across hundreds of databases became a key focus
  • By introducing deepeo’s advanced approach to data management, we were able to offer a user-friendly, easy to manage dashboard to monitor real-time changes to data. Existing records were anonymised or deleted as necessary, all while keeping in line with GDPR compliance.
  • Providing a repeatable solution eliminated the need for regular, costly software updates and avoided bespoke software – which was exactly the approach our client needed.
